A project from the heart, a common cause
Our Mission
The mission of the Memphrémagog Palliative Care Home Foundation is to mobilize the 17 municipalities comprising the Memphrémagog Regional County Municipality and to forge strong connections with all regional stakeholders, to establish a palliative care home that offers free and bilingual care to patients with a terminal illness, whether oncological or other.
To this end, the Foundation’s mission is to financially support the construction of the Memphrémagog Palliative Care Home, as well as its operation and activities through sustainable fundraising efforts.
Our Vision
The Foundation aspires to become an essential pillar of the Memphrémagog Palliative Care Home, ensuring a solid and sustainable financial foundation.
Through its support, the Home will be able to fully dedicate itself to its mission: to provide quality care imbued with dignity and compassion to patients and their families, in a warm and comforting environment.
