Making a donation is a very personal gesture, often linked to a personal experience, the desire to support a cause that moves us, to get involved in one’s community, to give back to make a difference, or the desire to say thank you.

The Foundation needs your support to ensure the establishment and sustainability of its palliative care home project, designed to offer quality, free end-of-life care to patients in the Memphrémagog RCM, while providing psychological and social support to their families and loved ones.

There are several ways to support the Foundation:

    You can opt for an automatic monthly donation via the donation platform, which allows you to support our organization long-term.

  • In Memoriam or Commemorative Donation

    An in memoriam donation is a meaningful way to honor a loved one while making a tangible impact on the lives of others. This gesture can help support other families and individuals who are spending their final moments with a loved one. By choosing to make an in memoriam donation, you help perpetuate the memory of your loved one through a gesture of hope. You can also make a donation on the anniversary of a loved one’s passing (Commemorative Donation).

  • Major and Planned Giving

    Finally, you can choose to make a donation through life insurance, securities donation, RRSP or RRIF donation, endowment fund, or a donation from a management company.

  • Donation by Mail

    A donation by check can be made by sending it to the following mailing address: 545 Smith Street Magog, Quebec J1X3H7 Canada.
